Shipping Policy

Everything here is packed in small batches, so we'd rather tell you honestly how long it takes than promise something we can't keep.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Ireland and the United Kingdom. If you're elsewhere in Europe and would like something, email us — we can often arrange it.

Cost

Free standard delivery on orders over €50. Below that, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During December this can stretch to 4 working days — we'll always say so on the site if it does.

These are estimates from the day of dispatch, not the day you order, and they exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can follow it on our Track my order page. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Christmas cut-off

To arrive before Christmas we recommend ordering by 10 December for Ireland and 8 December for the UK. Carriers get very busy in December and we can't guarantee dates beyond those.

Customs and duties

Prices shown include VAT where applicable. For UK deliveries, any duties or import charges, if they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels accurately and legally.

Delays and lost parcels

Occasionally a parcel goes quiet. If yours hasn't arrived 15 working days after dispatch, email orlasnook@proton.me with your order number and we'll chase the carrier. If it's genuinely lost, we'll resend it or refund you in full — your choice.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can change it only if the parcel hasn't left us yet, so email us straight away if you spot a mistake.
