Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of orlasnook.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them. The site is operated by Wickmore LLC (company registration number 2026-001909754), 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, United States, trading as Orla's Nook.

1. Our products

Our items come in small batches and are finished individually. Because of this, small differences in stitching, colour and finish are normal and are not defects. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Full details, including how to do it, are in our Refund Policy.

6. Faulty items

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Email us with a photograph and we will sort it.

7. Care and use

Knitted items should be washed as described on the product page. Damage caused by washing against those instructions is not a fault. Our socks are house socks, not outdoor footwear.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which you reside where you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence always apply.
