Haven't got a tracking number yet?
We pack orders within 1–3 working days. Your tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves us — so if you've only just ordered, it's on its way. Have a look in your spam folder too, just in case.
Tracking says nothing has happened
That's normal for the first 24–48 hours. The number is created when the label is printed, and it only starts updating once the carrier scans the parcel into their network.
How long should it take?
- Ireland: 5–10 working days from dispatch
- United Kingdom: 6–12 working days from dispatch
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
It's been longer than that
If it's been more than 15 working days since dispatch, email orlasnook@proton.me with your order number. We'll chase the carrier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we'll resend it or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.
